Only captains may sign players. Co-captains can sign players, only if they are given the permission of the captain.
ALL players need to confirm (except captains) on this thread to be able to play matches for their team.
Signings/Cuttings can be made throughout the season, by using + to sign and using - to cut players respectively.
Players marked in red CANNOT play for their team and NEED to confirm.
